Prior to that, he was Director of Sales & Operations at Loft, where he scaled the business from €20M to €80M+ GMV and led a 50+ person team across Sales, Legal, and Ops. He also co-founded Facily, LATAM’s first social commerce unicorn, leading GTM, Ops, and CX as the company raised over $150M. Earlier in his career, Gustavo launched and scaled operations for Uber in 15+ cities across LATAM and Southeast Asia.
