Fluent in three languages, she brings a global lens and operational rigor to her data-driven, systems-first approach in high-velocity environments.

Luiza is a logistics and marketplace expert who has built and scaled large-scale fulfillment systems across LATAM. At Amazon, she launched and scaled the Transportation Marketplace in Brazil to 500K+ packages per day. She also led last-mile logistics at Frubana and drove commercial strategy at Sequoia, closing major logistics deals across e-commerce, healthcare, and FMCG sectors.a
Gabriel is a supply chain and data expert who has built and optimized logistics systems across retail and SaaS. He co-founded Trendteller, a demand planning platform for fashion brands, where he developed forecasting tools, financial controls, and supported GTM execution.
Previously, he led logistics and demand planning at a $10M-backed retail startup, overseeing warehousing, last-mile delivery, and 500+ SKUs. Gabriel also designed API-integrated data infrastructure for a major logistics operator, using BigQuery, FTP, and Metabase to bring real-time visibility to previously opaque operations.

He founded Superadar, a pricing intelligence SaaS, and previously bootstrapped and scaled two DTC ventures to $40K MRR, managing full-stack operations and P&L across international supply chains.

Today, as founder of Dip-Advisor, Duda partners with companies across LATAM to unlock product-market fit through digital strategy, AI automation, and growth marketing—blending creativity with analytical firepower to deliver measurable impact.
